Raja was born and raised in Long Island, NY and comes from a very traditional, strict and successful family. They were totally against his pursuit of rap in fact they looked at it as a hobby and urged him to follow a path of education. After dropping out of college, Raja’s father had a stroke and passed away. It is then that Raja realized he indeed needed to go hard. Although no stranger to professing his love for women and partying, he equally touches on breaking the stereotypes that society determines.
In 2015 Raja snagged a feature in the XXL Magazine Rookie Edition and was the headline performer at the NYC Demiurge Awards – a new recognition system for NYC creative’s doing business and giving back to NYC.
