<p>We haven&#8217;t heard much from<strong> J. Drew</strong> since his last EP released in 2013 entitled <span id="IntelliTXT"><em>Never Coming Back</em></span>.</p>
<p>It was a controversial departure from his Gospel roots as the son of <strong>Bishop J. Drew Sheard</strong> and <a href="https://www.unheardvoicesmag.com/2020/12/28/woman-falsely-accuses-grammy-winning-trumpeters-son-of-iphone-theft/">Grammy-Award winning</a> gospel singer <strong>Karen Clark Sheard</strong>.</p>
<p>Now the <a href="https://instagram.com/jdrewsheard" target="_blank" rel="noopener">singer, songwriter, and producer</a> is back with a new project titled <em>The Long Way Home</em>, 4-tracks of smooth, jazzy R&;B, produced entirely by the man himself.</p>
