JPhilippe releases music video for her smash single “No Reason.”
This single is from her latest album “Far and Few Between” which can be purchased for download on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Music, and Spotify.
“This music video was shot at the end of April by NJ-based Video Director Dolo Filmz.We took an organic approach to the treatment for the video. We knew we wanted to have a scene where I wore a straight jacket. We made that the focal point of the video. People in straight jackets are being restrained from doing anything “crazy” and the song is about people not giving me a reason to do anything irrational, so it fit perfectly. The other scenes were spontaneous and came about as we shot the video. I wanted to capture the high energy and excitement of the record, and that is what we accomplished. The record talks about not wanting anyone or any situation to make you get out of character but if you have to, you will! You do not want people to give you ANY REASON to have to show them what you are made of because you will show up and show out every time! This video is one of my favorites, and I am so proud of how the song is brought to life by this stimulating visual.”
