IT IS A MESSAGE THAT PORTRAYS THE FEELINGS OF DISTRESS AND DISTRUST OF LAW ENFORCEMENT THROUGHOUT THE U.S.. OFTEN LEAVING WHOLE COMMUNITIES WITH THE FEELING OF BEING SUFFOCATED BY THOSE HIRED TO SERVE AND PROTECT US.
